Firmware 3.1.2 Pre-Jailbroken Custom IPSW Files

PLEASE DO NOT LINK THESE FILES ANYWHERE ELSE!! If you want to share these Custom IPSW files then you can link back to THIS THREAD but do not post direct links to the IPSW files. Thanks!

These CUSTOM IPSW's are ALREADY JAILBROKEN! That's the whole point of having a Custom IPSW is so that it's already Jailbroken and ready to go. DO NOT try to run redsn0w or blackra1n on these after you restore because you will screw up your device and have to start over.

To use these files you must download all three parts of the Custom IPSW file that you want to use. Then use WinRAR to extract them. Just right click on ANY of the RAR files that you download and WinRAR will extract the files leaving you with ONE IPSW file that you will restore with. It doesn't matter if you extract Part 1, Part 2, or Part 3, they will all extract the same way leaving you with just ONE IPSW file.

HOW TO USE
  • Download the correct IPSW files from below
  • For Windows users open iTunes and hold down the SHIFT key on your keyboard and select RESTORE
  • For Mac users open iTunes and hold down the OPTION key on your keyboard and select RESTORE

This version comes ACTIVATED and is for users who are using their iPhone 3GS on a NON-OFFICIAL CARRIER such as T-Mobile etc. This version will still work for AT&T as well.
After using this to Jailbreak your iPhone 3GS you will still need to install UltraSn0w from the SiNfuL iPhone Repo to unlock your phone if you are on 04.26.08 baseband. If you already updated your baseband to 05.11.07 then you will need to use blacksn0w from the SiNfuL iPhone Repo to unlock your phone.
